i have a mate that swears by the evo 3 - mainly because of all the early evos it has the most power. they are alot lighter than the 4/5. more chuckable round teh track etc etc. The GSR's are mechanical and not electronic unlike us newer models. I have yet to thrash an early evo.

No I believe what you're not seeing is that he used a 5spd manual FQ-360 and then at the end of the show there is an SST FQ-300 and 5spd FQ-360 sitting side-by-side.
